WHAT EXPERIENCE DOES AMELIA CONCEPTS HAVE?
Aaron and Todd have been offering beautiful residences for discerning clients for over fifteen years. We know Amelia Island inside and out. We live here. Our friends and family live here. Our children go to school here. We focus on small communities in the best locations that are close to all the amenities the Island has to offer. We work with the best architects, the best designers, and the best contractors to deliver an amazing product we would be happy to call home for our own friends and families. Putting function first helps our homes ooze warmth to feel welcoming and inviting. Keeping an eye to resale helps your forever home keep up with life's many changes. Since we do not build dozens of homes at a time, every one of our homes is built directly under the watchful eye of our principals to ensure the highest quality possible.
WHERE DOES AMELIA CONCEPTS WORK?
Amelia Island is the only location that we offer our stunning properties. Our single focus allows us to deliver beautiful homes thoughtfully designed to take advantage of site conditions such as sunrises and sunsets and prevailing winds while preserving our natural heritage. We do not build high-volume tract homes. We deliver our amazing homes one at a time to discerning clients.
HOW IS AMELIA CONCEPTS DIFFERENT?
No tract cookie-cutter, builder grade residences here! We design our homes to be in harmony with nature and the surrounding environment to bring our vision to life. Architectural design features commonly found in our homes to bring out character and interest include feature walls, wainscotting, shiplap, board and batten, crown mouldings, oversize window trim, high baseboards, and coffered ceilings. We use lighting to bring personality to a space with beautiful chandeliers, unique pendants, and wall sconces. We love porches and patios and our properties usually feature both and are oversized. Exterior hardscaping such as driveways, sidewalks, and patios are functional and often feature french doors, pavers, and pergolas. Landscaping is lush and plentiful, with larger plants and specimen trees, to take advantage of Amelia Island's mild climate and make our exteriors "pop." We understand that today's living can be hectic so we choose materials and features that are easy to clean and have limited or zero ongoing maintenance, both inside and outside. To do our part for the next generation our residences are eco-friendly and energy efficient. Our materials and finishes are timeless so that your biggest investment will not look dated or tired in ten years.
